We are not a credit repair company nor do we ever see any of your personal
financial information. We do not offer (directly), credit reports, loans
or credit repair. We will never assist you in personally repairing your
credit or advising you on a personal level about credit repair related

repair sites who claim to fix your credit for a fee. We do not operate
in this capacity and by entering our member area, you agree and understand
that we will not be personally assisting you in any way with your credit
or finances. We partner with a credit repair law firm through an affiliation
and you are free to visit their
site or contact them about personal credit repair advice, as they
are licensed to help you in that capacity. We are not and will not ever
engage you in personal credit repair advice or agree to work on or fix
your credit for a fee.
The capacity of "members"
The word membership does not refer to anything other than you are paying
a fee to access our online educational material that we have created on
this web site. The material is not intended for any one person and is
general to the issues of debt settlement, credit report issues and consumer
finance. We reserve the right to charge a fee for persons wanting to access
our material and that is what you are paying for. The service can be best
compared to purchasing credit information at a book store but you are

"members" because we are charging you a one time fee to access

About Paid Access
Lifetime membership means as long as we offer the information online.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password written down
in a safe place. Membership will last a lifetime as long as you retain
your username and password. If you do not, and the order is old, we cannot
guarantee that we will find that order because all orders are processed
outside of our site and we do not retain those records. We are only able
to look up orders for 6-9 months and then they are no longer available.
Please keep your username and password in a safe place or keep several
copies. If you do not and we cannot locate an older order, then you will
have to purchase again.
What exactly does lifetime access mean?
It means that you will have access to our member site for as long as you
are able to hold on to your user name and password or for as long as we
can locate an order record from you. As years pass, you are responsible
for keeping your username and password written down because our card processor
(clickbank) only allows us to search for completed orders for up to 6-9
months. If we cannot locate your prior order nor can you, then there is
essentially no way to prove you paid. That is why we recommend that you
hold onto your receipt after you have paid and write down your membership
information in a safe place. We always try to honor all requests but if
we are unable to locate an order nor are you, you will have to pay again
to gain access.
